Qualifications: 

  • Former primary school deputy headteacher & teacher for 15 years (not fitness qualifications but certainly experience that I bring to my work with clients)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training
  • Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition
  • Leader in Running Fitness Award (Athletics England)
  • Breath work Mastery & Nervous System Regulation Courses
