Using my experience as a mum and pre-natal trained personal trainer I have developed a program to help support pregnant women continue training safely during pregnancy.

The program is a 5-week online course with weekly live sessions to workout and learn together, as well as a weekly newsletter and resource share, pre-filmed workouts for you to do whenever you feel like it, and a 1:1 consultation with me to help you with any individual questions or challenges you are facing when training when pregnant.
